Termination of your My Court Calendar Account

When your PSC account(s) is/are cancelled (either voluntarily or involuntarily) all of your personally identifiable information is placed in "deactivated" status on our relevant PSC databases. However, deactivation of your account does not mean your personally identifiable information has been deleted from our database entirely. We will retain and use your personally identifiable information as necessary in order to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

By using this website or any other PSC website, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Statement. This Privacy Statement applies only to information provided by or collected from customers in the United States and is not intended to describe data handling procedures for information collected by other linked web sites or business partners.

PSC is committed to ensuring that your registration process on is safe and secure. We store all of the personal information you provide us when you create an account. If you prefer, you may register over the telephone and a customer service representative will be happy to help you with the registration process.
